This Privacy Policy explains how TraderSign Sdn. Bhd. (202501012050) ("TraderSign", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you access or use the TraderSign website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia and any other applicable laws.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  • Billing Information: billing address, partial card details (handled by our payment processor), transaction history and subscription details.

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, actions performed, login timestamps, and similar analytics data.
  • Support & Communication Data: messages you send to us (e.g. emails, support tickets, feedback), and any additional information you provide during those interactions.

We may collect personal data directly from you (for example when you sign up or contact us) or indirectly through cookies, analytics tools, or integrations you connect to the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

While TraderSign is based in Malaysia, users may access the Platform from other countries. By using the Platform, you understand that your personal data may be transferred to, stored and processed in Malaysia or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
